Sparkwswift was established in Kitale in 2015 with a clear premise: that a smaller, specialist agency can serve clients better than a high-volume one that treats every transaction as a number. In the decade since, we have completed over 180 successful sales and lettings across Trans-Nzoia County — from compact town-centre apartments to large agricultural parcels in Saboti, Cherangany, and the foothills of Mount Elgon. We serve a broad client base: individual families buying their first home in Kitale, regional businesses seeking commercial premises with good highway access, and diaspora investors looking for reliable representation on the ground. We also work with landowners who need an independent valuation for estate or mortgage purposes, and with developers who want structured market analysis before committing to a site. For valuation clients, it means a written report prepared to a consistent methodology, delivered within ten working days of the site visit. There are things we do not do, and we are direct about them: we do not manage construction or renovation works, we do not provide legal advice or act as advocates in land disputes, and we do not take on portfolios we cannot service properly. If the volume of enquiries in any given quarter means we cannot guarantee attentive service to a new client, we say so and offer to place them on a waiting list rather than overpromising. The Trans-Nzoia property market rewards patience and accurate information; we aim to be a reliable source of both.
